Ever since it was announced that Microsoft was buying Bethesda, the fate of the publishers vast catalogue became unclear. Was Microsoft pulling all Bethesda games off rival platforms (namely Sony) in the future, or would it still publish games there? The only thing they said was that it would be on a case by case basis, but fundamentally, you do not pay $7.5 billion for a publisher and not get big exclusives out of it.
