Nibali and Hindley suffer crashes in Giro d’Italia stage 8 – CyclingTips
Nibali crossed the finish missing patches of bib-shorts while Hindley lost a few more seconds in the fight for pink.
What should have been a relatively easy day for those hunting a general classification result at the Giro d’Italia turned sour for both Vincenzo Nibali and Jai Hindley. Both Nabali and Hindley went down in separate crashes, Nabali midway through the stage and Hindley near the finish.
