Residents in New South Wales were given $100 to spend across local businesses – so who’s coming off best?

New data has revealed where New South Wales residents are spending their Dine and Discover vouchers.
The scheme, which came in four lots of $25, was designed to stimulate the pandemic-affected state economy.
Two of the vouchers were to be spent on dining out while two were for entertainment.
Ultimately, it was cinemas that benefited most from the scheme.
Figures supplied by a Service NSW spokesperson showed Hoyts and Event Cinemas were the top two destinations for both the Dine and Discover vouchers…
