Best Broncos news for a long time: Langer hails Reynolds’ signing – Sydney Morning Herald
Souths coach Wayne Bennett says Broncos’ recruit Adam Reynolds reminds him of Brisbane club great Allan Langer.
The coach said Reynolds was special, however, and likened him to Langer.
I like Adams calmness and his fun, Bennett said. Hes a bit like Alf, but hes not as bad as him hes not as big a pest as Alf.
He has a great sense of humour and hes a really balanced guy.
I take captaincy of a club extremely seriously, I had some guys there who could have done the job at Souths, but I wanted him to do the job. I thought he had all those attributes that makes good captains and makes great teammates.
