In the wake of the announcement of “Jungle Cruise” coming to Disney+ as a Premier Access title, Disney CEO Bob Chapek has announced that two other films on its slate – Marvel Studios’ “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” and 20th Century Studios’ “Free Guy” – will NOT be following suit.
As part of a second-quarter earnings call on Thursday, Chapek says both films will play exclusively in cinemas at launch – no plans for a ‘Premier Access’ release. He does, however, confirm that both titles…
