‘Family first’: Mitch Langerak calls time on Socceroos career – The Guardian
The goalkeeper is unwilling to spend time away from his family during the Covid-19 pandemic

Goalkeeper Mitch Langerak has made the shock decision to retire from international football, unwilling to spend time away from his family with the Socceroos during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Despite his lack of appearances, Langerak was part of Australias World Cup squad at Brazil in 2014 and part of the 2015 and 2019 Asian Cup squads.
