Four-time Formula 1 world champion Sebastian Vettel has conceded he’s “lacking a bit of pace” after again turning in a poor performance in the Spanish Grand Prix on Monday (AEST).
The German headed to Spain hoping the new floor of his Aston Martin would lead to a season breakthrough in Barcelona. Teammate Lance Stroll had received the new parts for the Portuguese Grand Prix the previous week, but Vettel was forced to wait until the fourth round of the season.
