Derek Chauvin could face longer sentence for George Floyd’s death after US judge ruled it was ‘particularly cruel’

A Minnesota judge has ruled there were aggravating factors in the death of George Floyd which could pave the way for former police officer Derek Chauvin to spend longer in jail.
