Victoria is set to record its highest-ever daily increase in cases in a massive blow to its COVID battle.
7NEWS.com.au understands the virus-plagued state is set to record around 480 new cases, with that number to be confirmed by Premier Daniel Andrews from 12.30pm AEST.
