Three contestants have revealed one thing about being on MasterChef is more difficult than they ever imagined.

Few things about being a MasterChef contestant could be considered easy and on days like Sunday, one aspect was particularly difficult.
After months filming away from family and already missing warm cuddles from their kids Mothers Day struck a raw nerve for Jess Hodge, Kishwar Chowdhury and Linda Dalrymple.
Hodge, mother of twin three-year-old boys, Arlo and Luca, said she hoped her boys would be good for their mum, her wife Emily Harris today.
Ive been away from the boys for months now, she said.
