Stunning feat takes Panthers’ streak to new heights
Against the team he debuted against with a historic four-tries, Panthers Youngster Charlie Staines has bamboozled the Sharks yet again, notching his second hat-trick in two games against the struggling club.
Staines’ hat-trick was the icing on the cake of a 48-0 romp at the foot of the mountains as Ivan Cleary’s Panthers notched their 26th win on the trot.
That’s more wins than a regular NRL season has games, and the 2020 runner-ups show no sign of slowing down.
