A return to a happy hunting ground in The Bend Motorsport Park could be the tonic for Tickford Racing as it aims to end Fords winless streak.
Cameron Waters won the Blue Ovals last race, which coincidentally came at The Bend last September.
Mustangs have gone nine races without a win since, with Shane van Gisbergen piecing together seven straight wins between last Octobers Bathurst 1000 and the last-start Beaurepaires Tasmania SuperSprint.
