Legendary Australian swimmer Michael Klim has shocked fans after revealing he is undergoing surgery at a hospital for cancer patients.
The 43-year-old gold medallist, who represented Australia at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, has shared footage from his hospital bed at Sydneys Chris OBrien Lifehouse a cancer treatment centre.
Showing himself surrounded by machines, with tubes coming from his nose, Klim appeared to be in high spirits as he recovered from the surgery.
