Patrick Schwarzenegger is debuting a new physique!
The Moxie actor, 27, showed off his progress in an Instagram post, saying he’s “in the best shape of my life. Both physically & mentally.”
Schwarzenegger shared a before and after photo of the significant progress he’s made on a new program.
“1st photo 185 lbs (approx. 83kg) 8% fat,” he wrote. “2nd was 6 months ago. 163 lbs (approx. 73 kg) 13%.”
