That was the simple request from a dying man that was one of the triggers for Sally FitzGerald to do something special for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in palliative care.
Ms FitzGerald, who is the Australian Capital Territory councillor with the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Catholic Council, has initiated a project to provide care packages for Indigenous people in palliative care.
