Accenture buys consultancy Electro 80 for $30m – The Australian Financial Review
It has bought the Perth-based engineering consultancy in a deal designed to increase the types of services the firm can offer clients in the resources sector.

Accenture has purchased Perth-based engineering services firm Electro 80 in a $30 million deal designed to increase the types of services the consulting giant can offer clients in the resources and energy sectors.
The deal will see three Electro 80 executives managing director Sergej Divkovic, 54; chief engineer Ian Halse, 61; and engineering director Mike Kelly, 51 become managing directors at Accenture.
Another 100 Electro 80 staff members will also join Accenture as part of the transaction.
