You have until Sunday May 30 to dine at the Mediterranean-inspired vermouth bar Banksii. After five years in Barangaroo, owners Rebecca Lines and Hamish Ingham have decided to close the venue to make way for something new.
In a statement, co-founder and sommelier Lines says the time was right to have fun and mix things up. The pair will be closing the doors on Banksii Vermouth Bar & Bistro at the end of the month to make way for their new Mexican-inspired concept, Tequila Daisy.
