Cabramatta Plaza in Western Sydney announced on social media on Monday that there had been a confirmed case of COVID-19 in a person who visited on Friday, 17 July.
The patient attended the Ledang Family Medical Centre, which is located inside the Cincotta Discount Chemist, between 4.50 and 5.10pm on that day.
