19 Gristock Street, Coorparoo, sold for $1.09m under the hammer.
A modest cottage owned by ex Wallaby and Reds rugby star Will Genia has sold for 33 per cent more than he paid just three years ago, landing a million dollar price.
The three bedroom, one bathroom, two car garage home fetched a whopping $1.09m price when it went under the hammer in Brisbane, about a third higher than what Genia and wife Vanessa had paid for the home in 2018.
