Let us be blunt and upfront. The idea of implementing vaccine passports in Australia would surely be anathema to most Australians.
A vaccine passport creates a two-tiered society — a vaccinated group with access to services and benefits which provide one group with a normal life, enjoying basic freedoms; another group, arbitrarily punished.
Australians exercising their fundamental choice not to have the jab should not become second-class citizens at the behest of government.
As a young person, I must have missed something. As I write, we are five days after Anzac Day. I was taught that our brave soldiers gave their lives so that we could be free.
