Johnny Young has remained a beloved Australian performer since YTT ended in 1988.
In 1990, Young was inducted into the TV Week Logie Awards Hall of Fame. Then one decade later in 2010, he was inducted into the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) Hall of Fame by YTT alum Tina Arena. So far, Young is the first and only person to be given both honours.
And throughout his stellar career and successes, it was his time on YTT that he will always cherish.
