Kartheiser is set to take on famed Batman villain Jonathan Crane, a.k.a. The Scarecrow. In this version, Crane is an inmate at Arkham Asylum who used to terrorize Gotham City with toxins to exploit his enemies’ phobias. Now he’s a profiler and consultant for the GCPD.
