Boortmalt to reopen Cavan malting plant to meet brewing industry demand
International malting giant Boortmalt will double its malting capacity in South Australia after announcing plans to reopen the Cavan facility in northern Adelaide.

The former Cargill site, which had not been used for six years, was one of seven malting plants bought by the massive French farmer co-operative Axereal in November 2019.
