PM to visit Howard Springs as Commonwealth spruiks $747 million Top End ADF upgrade
Prime Minister Scott Morrison is set to arrive in Darwin today to announce a $747 million investment to upgrade military training bases in the NT — a move the Opposition Leader has claimed is a reheated announcement from two years ago.
