The ‘High School Musical’ star has snapped up a parcel of land outside Byron Bay and cut the asking price for his Los Angeles house in a bid to find a buyer.
Hollywood heart-throb Zac Efron could be set to put down roots in Australia after buying a block of land outside Byron Bay and dropping the asking price to sell his Los Angeles home.
The superstar was widely rumoured earlier this year to have snapped up a bush block in the Tweed Valley between Byron Bay and the Gold Coast.
Public title records now show the block has settled in the name of Zachary Efron, and the online listing shows the parcel changed hands for $2 million.
