Second $40 million Powerball winner found – Yahoo News Australia
Officials had been trying for days to get in touch with the Sydney man who said he had no idea he had won $40 million.
The search for Sydney’s newest multimillionaire is over with the second $40 million Powerball winner now found.
The man, a resident of Smithfield in Sydney’s west, held one of two division one winning entries which each shared half of the $80 million Powerball prize from Thursday night’s draw.
Although his entry was registered lottery officials couldn’t get hold of the winner on the phone.
