Crown Resorts is yet to convince the NSW government to hand back the licence for its new Sydney casino, with the states gambling regulator saying the James Packer-backed group still needs to undergo significant change.
Crown was set to open the gaming floors at its $2.2 billion tower at Barangaroo in December but was blocked after last years damning Bergin Inquiry detailed evidence of criminal infiltration and money laundering at its Melbourne and Perth casinos.
