Witness in Jack de Belin case had flashback that came to him in a dream, court told – Sydney Morning Herald
A witness has told a court the alleged victim approached him in a pub and said of the footballer, “He’s so hot, I wanna get with him.”
Mr Barnes was taken through his police statement and asked about his recollection of what happened that night, including how many times he spoke to the complainant and the order in which events occurred. He said he has been having flashbacks and his recollection differs from his statement.
Crown prosecutor David Scully asked about the nature of the flashbacks.
