A woman who failed the attitude test has become the first person fined for a COVID rule breach during Perths three-day lockdown.
Police Commissioner Chris Dawson said the woman refused to wear a mask when asked to do so during the Super Rugby game at HBF Stadium on Friday night one of the last sporting events permitted to have crowds before the lockdown came into force at midnight.
