The rebel Super League might be dead… but the new CL laws are just ‘the lesser of two evils’
The threat of the new European Super League has been parked for now, anyway but the next battle for fans and players to broach in the new rules and regulations surrounding the revamped Champions League.
Its been branded as the lesser of two evils by Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan and was given approval by all of UEFAs biggest teams last week, shortly before they all confirmed plans to create the now abolished Super League.
