“In the period we’re talking about, there were 70,000 orders in place across Queensland … out of that we’re talking about 107,000, thereabouts, of domestic and family violence occurrences that police had to do something about, of which, 5553 were breaches,” he said.

“You can see by 70,000 down to 5553 that’s a significant drop in the proportion compared to people who actually have orders.
