Woman outraged by description on receipt – Yahoo News Australia
The woman was offended by the way servers had been identifying her throughout the evening.
A solo diner’s evening turned sour when she found out bar staff had added a “disrespectful” description of her to a receipt.
The woman had been treating herself to a few cocktails at a bar in Washington DC, in the US, on April 16 when suddenly things took a turn for the worse.
On being handed her receipt, which showed she had racked up a US$64 (A$83) bill, a description entered by her server Shaun left her seeing red.
