Adam Scott is the latest big-name golfer to withdraw from the Tokyo Olympics, with the Golf Channel reporting he’ll skip the event.
As Australia’s second-ranked golfer, Scott would have been guaranteed a start in Tokyo, but has instead chosen to spend time with his family.
Scott skipped the Rio Games in 2016 after admitting the Olympics was “nothing I’ve ever aspired to do and I don’t think I ever will.”
