Covid-19: Blood testing survey finds eight previously undetected community cases – Stuff.co.nz
Auckland Uni study finds historical cases that were never diagnosed, which might explain how some unexplained clusters came about, experts say.

A new survey has uncovered eight past Covid-19 cases that have gone undiagnosed, researchers say.
The University of Auckland survey, which has not been peer reviewed, saw blood samples collected from more than 9800 people from around the country.
An estimated 0.1 per cent of samples showed the presence of Covid-19 antibodies.
That means there has been undetected community transmission, but at a low level, the researchers said.
