A television favourite is getting a sequel, with actress and singer-songwriter Hilary Duff signed up to star in the Hulu production.
Hilary Duff is set to star in a How I Met Your Mother sequel series.
The 33-year-old actress has been cast in How I Met Your Father, a sequel series to the hit CBS sitcom which has been ordered at Hulu.
Duff will play the role of a woman named Sophie who, in the near future, is telling her son the story of how she met his father.
