Stargazers are in for a treat this coming week as a so-called ‘pink supermoon’ is set to appear.
April’s full moon will be the biggest and brightest of 2021 as it approaches the closest point to Earth in its orbit.
Astronomers have calculated the moon will be at its peak on Tuesday, April 27, at 4.31am.
It comes as people are already looking skywards to enjoy the Lyrid meteor shower one of the best astronomical displays of the year.
