Rugby league great Phil Gould says it’s time to “blow up” the NRL’s judiciary system following a round that saw a number of stars hit with lengthy suspensions.
Headlined by Latrell Mitchell’s four-week ban for a high shot Wests Tigers winger David Nofoaluma, Round Six also saw Bulldogs forward Jack Hetherington and Penrith’s Paul Momirovski hit with lengthy suspensions for tackles on the weekend.
Mitchell could’ve accepted an early guilty plea of three weeks, but opted to challenge his grade-two…
