Arjun Kandel pleads not guilty to sexually assaulting two clients

An Adelaide disability care worker has been ordered to stand trial over the alleged sexual assault of two female clients in his care.

Arjun Kandel pleaded not guilty in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Wednesday to two counts of engaging in sexual intercourse without consent.
Court documents allege the 42-year-old abused his position of authority and knew the women were vulnerable due to their mental disabilities when he sexually assaulted them in August last year.
Mr Kandel will face the District Court in July.
