Afterpay plots US listing after $1b sales month – The Australian Financial Review
Afterpay is preparing to list in the United States in a move that reflects its rapid globalisation and international shareholder base.
If Afterpay does list in the US, it materially broadens their potential investors, Roland Houghton, investment analyst at Milford Asset Management, said. Many US funds will have US-only mandates and their opportunity to get exposure to growing BNPL companies is currently limited to Affirm and PayPal.
