Queensland Firebirds repair relationship with fans ahead of 2021 Super Netball season

There is always an element of excitement among the netball community as the start of another season looms, but this year there seems to be a growing enthusiasm for one team in particular.

Over their 24-year history, the Queensland Firebirds have built a loyal fan base, most notably during the trans-Tasman championship era (2008-2016), where they reached five grand finals and won three premierships.

In recent years, they have struggled to replicate that success, making the semi-finals just once in four seasons of Super Netball.
