SCANS have confirmed stand-in Adelaide skipper Ange Foley has ruptured her left ACL, while superstar Erin Phillips will undergo an arthroscopy on her reconstructed knee.
Foley landed awkwardly when contesting a mark in the third term of Saturday’s Grand Final loss.
The 32-year-old is one of the most experienced players on their list, having played 40 games, and was filling the concussed Chelsea Randall’s role as captain.
