British backpacker Elisha Greer kidnapped and raped in Queensland bush vows to return to Australia

A British backpacker who was kidnapped and raped during a road trip through the Queensland bush has vowed to return to Australia to start a new life despite knowing her attacker will eventually be released.

Elisha Greer met Marcus Martin at a party in Cairns in January 2017, telling Seven’s Sunday Night, “he just seemed like a nice guy”.
