Turkey has recorded its highest number of daily COVID-19 infections since the pandemic began.
In the 24 hours more than 63,000 new COVID-19 cases were detected and health officials also reported 289 COVID-19 related deaths.
So far more than 4.1 million people in Turkey have contracted the virus.
