David Warner’s Sunrisers Hyderabad have failed in a run chase for the third straight time in the Indian Premier League as defending champions Mumbai Indians beat them by 13 runs.
Sunrisers’ Australian captain Warner scored a 34-ball 36 and began promisingly with his England opening partner Jonny Bairstow, who smashed a brisk 43 off 22 deliveries as they led the chase of Mumbai’s 5-150 on Saturday.
But Bairstow departed hit wicket in the eighth over and Warner was run out in the 12th as Hyderabad…
