Josh Kennedy celebrated his 250th game in style, kicking a four-goal bag and claiming the Glendinning-Allan Medal but the spectacle came a week late for coach Adam Simpson.
The two-time Coleman Medallist is one of the AFLs more subdued superstars and the lack of hype in the lead-up to his major milestone threw off the Eagles coach.
Hes a very unique individual, Simpson said on SEN Radio.
I actually thought it was his 250th last week thats how low key it was!
