In a brazen move that runs counter to the Australia-wide COVID contraction of the restaurant industry, the Bentley boys are driving Monopole out of its Potts Point showroom and parking it in the city.
Hurrah to that. As well as reopening Monopole on Hunter Street in October, Bentley Group owners Brent Savage and Nick Hildebrandt will open a new, yet-to-be disclosed food concept at Monopole’s Macleay Street site in November.
