Lions star Courtney Hodder has scored a sensational soccer-like goal to ignite Brisbane’s AFLW grand final clash against the Adelaide Crows.
In a frenzied, helter-skelter start, the Crows got ahead early to lead the Lions by a goal early in the second quarter.
But making something out of nothing, Hodder drew the Lions level at 12-12 when she chased down a bomb past the edge of the box and somehow wrapped her right leg around the ball and her defender to boot it goalward.
