All Blacks halfback TJ Perenara could join the Roosters’ squad as soon as June.
The Roosters are set to table a bargain-basement deal of about $130,000 for the remainder of the NRL season to All Blacks star TJ Perenara.
According to sources with knowledge of discussions, the Sydney club is set to offer a one-year deal, worth about $130,000, for just a handful of games to the rugby union halfback, who is currently on a sabbatical with Japanese side Red Hurricanes.
