Remaining refugees moved from inner-Brisbane hotel site

A group of about 19 refugees still detained in a makeshift inner-Brisbane immigration detention site have been moved to a more secure facility in the city’s outskirts.
Advocate groups say the remaining men were told on Friday afternoon to prepare for their transfer from the Kangaroo Point Central Hotel to the Brisbane Immigration Transit Accommodation centre.
The Australian Border Force has been contacted for comment.
