Townsville couple sell $6m home for $3.85m fixer-upper in Brisbane
The former owners of a statement Townsville residence that smashed the city’s price record quietly purchased another million-dollar fixer-upper in a Brisbane blue-chip suburb.
And they have plenty of moolah leftover to do a substantial renovation.
Property records show that Adam and Daniella Carmichael sold their Castle Hill mansion on Stirling Drive for a whopping $6 million on October 19 last year, with the property settling on February 15.
